First part tells you to eat breakfast without fail. Advice to "ignore" at the bottom tells you NOT to eat breakfast if your don't feel like it. There are other confusing and misleading tips!
It is good app. It would be good if alternate variety is provided for vegetarian people. I am lacto vegetarian only eat egg and non veg
