You can easily get in touch with healthcare professionals through the Patientsky app. Your healthcare professional decides what services are available, among them you will find:

- Edit profile and settings
- Online booking
- Overview of upcoming and past appointments
- Easy booking and completion of video consultation directly within the app
- Send an e-consultation to your healthcare provider and other inquiries to the clinic
- View and manage your relationships
- Book appointments and communicate with a healthcare provider on behalf of a relationship

Impossibile to book an appointment! It crashes all the time. Also, I always get a random message that the app has stopped working on my device. Pretty useless. Updating my review, after almost one year the problem hasn't been fixed. Still crashing. Although when you call the studio they keep encouraging you to use the app. Also, I don't understand why it's not allowed to take a screenshot or copying the text of the communications with the doctor. Sometimes it's useful to do so...

The app has always worked just fine for me, but it stopped working after it went from turquoise to dark blue. I've tried to uninstall it several times, and then reinstall, but when I open the app the screen is dark blue, and there's nothing there. I use this app, as everyone else, to communicate with my doctor, and it's important that this issue is fixed asap. It's already been a few weeks.

The new version is so much worse than the previous. I now have an additional doctors office in my app, that I can't remember ever using. The one i want to be there is there. But everyting i need is hidden behind stupid dropdowns. User experinece has gone from ok to horrible.
