You can easily get in touch with healthcare professionals through the Patientsky app. Your healthcare professional decides what services are available, among them you will find:

Ratings and reviews

The latest version of the app flat-out does not work (8.0.2). After tapping "get started", it only displays a blank screen for a good few minutes until the login providers are loaded. After tapping my chosen provider the app just hangs with a spinner.

The app's bottom navigation menu is currently positioned underneath Android's system navigation bar on the Galaxy S25, making it completely inaccessible. This appears to be a layout issue where the app isn't properly accounting for the system UI insets. Issue Details: Device: Samsung Galaxy S25 Problem: App's navigation tabs (Home, Payments, Messages, Tasks, Calendar) are obscured by Android's navigation gestures/buttons Impact: Users cannot properly access core app functionality

Impossibile to book an appointment! It crashes all the time. Also, I always get a random message that the app has stopped working on my device. Pretty useless. Updating my review, after almost one year the problem hasn't been fixed. Still crashing. Although when you call the studio they keep encouraging you to use the app. Also, I don't understand why it's not allowed to take a screenshot or copying the text of the communications with the doctor. Sometimes it's useful to do so...
