It's a Good app idea. The UX/UI could use a lot of improvement. The main map, cannot be seen in full, because its blocked by driver details which you cannot minimize. Also, Ride and Delivery Activity its Uncontrollable. if you go to Taxi Page, And return back to main page by clicking home BTN, the page becomes dull, not scrollable. and seem that, it effects every part of the app.

Used this App during a recent trip to Albania to book taxi's. Very user-friendly, and you can choose how to pay either by cash, card or by Tokens. Would recommend downloading before you get there and setting everything up. Customer support if needed is excellent (Arber) and they go over and above to make everything run smoothly. Can arrange a range of services etc. Would definitely recommend Patoko to anyone travelling to Albania.
