To log in, view policy details or pay your bill, you must:

• Be registered at www.patriotinsuranceco.com/phs
• Have an active personal insurance policy
• Have an active billing account
• Not be subject to other policy or billing restrictions

Ratings and reviews

Tried multiple logging in using the app recently, password error mesages. Used the same password and logged in thru the web application and it works.!! Tech support is not available during weekends .. frustrating 😔

doesn't load after new update

Does not recognize my policy yet. Tells me it is "coming soon" on the Patriot website.
