Ratings and reviews

Just a poor overall user experience such as freezing, crashing, and phantom punches, which is unacceptable for a payroll app. I hope one day my employer no longer uses this software, and I would discourage any interested employer from ever using this software. If you have the displeasure of managing time cards from Patriot, you will spend a lot of time fixing punches caused by the many bugs in this app.

takes forever to load up the app, sometimes the punch in button buffers for like minutes, which is infuriating when I am trying to leave or come back from lunch. Sometimes It makes me put in both my biometrics and my password. This costs me money and productivity! missed a bus because this glitchy mess. never thought Id say this but I miss vericlock update: still sucks. you owe me like 5$ in lost time

This app has you log in with chrome and then uses that cookie. Because of that, it has all the same limitations of the website, namely login expires randomly, but always in a short period, and login often fails. Yes you can unlock the app with biometrics, but your session has expired, you must sign in again with password. The only benefit of using the app is it tells you continuously how long you have been punched in today.
