For an app that is required to work at the risk of having your car towed, it is awful. The UI hardly works, safelisting cars does not ever work successfully. The app is a joke.

Patrol One is the worst towing service I have ever worked with. Their website is terrible, and their system is terrible. Towing agencies are leeches. The app does not work at all for Galaxy Z Flip 3 either, exits out whenever I type in my login info, great since I have to use it for my car not to get towed!

we have to download the app in order to "safelist" vehicles. the app barely works and it puts cars at risk from being towed due to the incompetence of the application and the company. the app needs an urgent update to make it at least operational.
