I paid for a subscription and now I can’t even use the app. It’s telling me to create an account or log in — but that option wasn’t even available before I paid! So how exactly am I supposed to log in or create an account even? I paid first because there was no warning that an account was needed, and now I’m completely locked out. This is unacceptable. Either fix this issue immediately or refund. I didn’t pay to stare at a login screen.

Like the idea. Terrible design and subscription BS. You can't even access information about the app. There's no information readily available that details how it works and important details about the patterns it can generate for you. You have to purchase a monthly subscription to do anything... No wonder no-one has left a review there's nothing to review if you don't pay up first. There's no way you can make an informed decision before you decide it's worth paying for.

I want to cancel my membership but I can't and they take money every month without me using the app. I can't log in but money is still deducted.
