About this app

With the Patronus App, you as a carer can not only call your loved ones directly over the Patronus watch - you will also be alerted immediately in case of a triggered emergency call, low battery, or connection problems. In addition, you can easily see if they are at home and whether they are wearing the watch.

As a carer, you cannot be there for your loved ones 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. But thanks to our Patronus Watch and related App, you no longer have to be! Your loved one can already make an emergency call and receive help at any time throughout Germany via our watch. Now, you can also see how they’re doing via our smartphone app.

Thanks to the Patronus Carer App, you can:
- call the user's Patronus Watch at any time,
- immediately see whether an emergency call has been triggered,
- see at a glance whether the Patronus watch is being worn,
- check the connection type of the watch to the Patronus emergency call center.
- check the current battery level of the watch, and
- always know whether your loved ones are at home or on the go.

What’s new

With this update, you can receive notifications when the watch user turns power-saving mode on or off. As usual, this can be managed via the app's notification settings.
