This great service has one of the last customer friendly interfaces I have ever used, and I've been on the internet since dial-up. All it seems to want to do is get information on your pets. When I needed to contact the online vet, I had to bump around until I somehow came across it, but I still don't know how I got there. Maybe an easy-to-see option for contacting the vet would be helpful since this is the reason many (most? ) signed up.

It's a great idea... but the "check-up" questions are waaay too generic! What works for my 3 yr old girl is not remotely the same for my 20 yr old boy! They really need to work on being more adaptable to what people say about their animals. Then they constantly hound you for these checkups... my cats are indoor cats, nothing changes! & they don't need flea treatments! I should be able to choose how often I think I need to do this. Twice a year is more than sufficient for me.

The services are great, the UI's instructions are weird for the day of pet visits. it tells you when there's going to be a checkup, but it's impossible to determine when. I would much rather prefer to be able to say at 1500, rather than check when it allows me to press the "begin visit" button at what seems like a random time. I will say around 10:00am, the UI changed from "visit: today" to "visit: this evening." Still vague as hell.
