Update: the app works much better now and I don't have any glitches. Keeps track of all my pets records, vet visits, eating and behavior tracking. I think it a great app! just could use some minor improvements. ----- Ever since this company took over there always seems to be a problem(s) with the app. Support is responsive but it's incredibly frustrating!

I used this app before the major changes to the free version and it was awesome. But as I kept using it, over time it just got harder to use till I couldn't fix a date that had been automatically set for me. I'm disappointed with how the app has morphed into a money grab. I get it, the idea is to make money, nothing against that, but don't make it impossible for the free version users to continue using the app without forcing the paid content. That's not selling the value, that's being pushy.

It's OK, constant glitches. It does not save pictures, and constantly says "something went wrong" when trying to input information or save items. The ONLY thing I've found useful, is that the medical records did come back from the vet, and are Digital. Very nice. I do not think it's worth the fee, unless they can actually get all the functions to operate correctly, and on both iPad and Android. I have had issues on Both devices, so it's not just the system I'm using.
