Ratings and reviews

Good app for finding local pet sitters. However, I do think the cut they take from the sitter's payment is much too high - 19 percent! And, what's offered in return is a rather rudimentary designed app, and a Pawshake guarantee to cover veterinary expenses, but only up to a certain amount, should an accident occur. Which, I believe, is hardly ever needed. Not much incentive to keep using it, when close to 20% is taken out, after taxes not much left :/ Perhaps sitters that are booked more should receive a lower rate.

Great service that connected me with a wonderful sitter. Booking and payment is easy. Only downside is that I've had some trouble with notifications (when my sitter is sending me messages) - sometimes they don't pop up until I open the app. Most of the time it seems to be ok though, only happens every now and then (and sometimes they pop up on their own, but just a bit delayed). Also, can't zoom in on photos sent through messages from my sitter - instead, it takes you back to the chat thread.

I'm a pet sitter in this app some parts like easy calendar booking and easy to see what services are there are good but MSG's have slow notifications as well as MSG's occasionally turn up in the wrong order making the conversation hard to read... but the worst part is the client is often saying they don't know how to book or change enquiry details (if they decide they want two visits instead of one a day) and I can't change it my end so have lost custom through their booking difficulties
