So I parked, entered in the parking number and an officer informs me I'm in a loading zone and must repark. I reparked and was unable to figure out how to change the current parking session to the new number. Chatted with help, you know, an artificial unintelligent robot that did nothing but glitch out. Make it easy to update current sessions please. Great response from developer, rare. In Miami we need in app "need to repark?" pause and restart our time from the new spot. + 1 🌟 for developer!

Pros: it's quick and conveniant after setup Cons: minimum incriments are an hour. There's no reason why it couldn't be 15 minutes, this is penny pinching extortion and a scummy move. And, you've removed to ability to pass-on my time to another individual, which you could do with old fashioned parking meters. Thanks for removing something that makes me feel a tiny bit better about myself....
