The app is generally fine, but the map only comes up 10% of the time? It uses to show automatically but it doesn't anymore. Super frustrating because half the time in my city, the numbers on the meter are scratched off so I can't read them. A functional map would be really helpful. edit a year later, the problem is even worse. the map doesn't even show in certain neighborhoods. can someone fix this please?

Updated: app actually works quite well. I was going to rate 5 stars, but upon installing on a new phone and signing in, it DOESNT REMEMBER ANY CODES OR PLATES. What's the point of making an account if it doesn't remember the SAVED parking structure codes that I SAVED? Old: Forces me to update, forces me to sign in every time, auto signs me out, and says I can't sign in and can't create an account. Useless. It worked one time total.

I gave one star a year ago and I still have the same complaint: it should not be close to impossible to look up the code to pay from a distance. Also, it is strange the physical machine and app don't sync up, allowing parkers to pay twice. The meter itself says to prepay, then eats the money without giving correct credit. As in parking starts at 9 am, I pay at 8:30 for an hour, and get credit til 9:30, not til 10 am as promised. I go on the app and it offers to credit me til 10 am, no cash back.
