Vehicle list has the bottom half of the description text cutoff so you can't read the description. Emailed support but never heard back from them. I guess they don't care if their app has bugs. Updated the app and it's still not fixed. 5/23 update: Still hasn't been fixed. I guess they really don't know how. Not mention the fact that it logs you out when you need it the most. Reply: If you want to investigate the issue just open the app on your phone and look.

Hi Mike, This doesn't seem to be a universal bug and so we were hoping to get a few more details from you! We invite you to reply back with your customer support ticket number, or create a new query through this link: https://paybyphone.ada.support/chat/ Thank-you! **Sr. Support Agent, PBP**

Our group parked two cars in Tarrytown, NY in different locations and used the app. Paid for 2 hours of parking. Both cars got tickets even though there was plenty of time left. Now it's on us to print out the tickets and proof of purchase and mail it to contest the tickets. We may even need to contest it in court. Tried to contact the company to complain. Only way to communicate with them is through a chat bot. Useless parking app.

Hi Erica, Sorry to learn about these tickets, we empathize. The parking authority manages the adjudication process and will be able to comment on why the citations were issued. Thank you. **Sr. Support Agent PayByPhone Technologies**

First time I used it, the app accepted my info and paying was easy. Just now I tried to locate an area using their map feature and could not get it to work. The area my car is in doesn't have individual meters, just pay stations with a number per block. If the app worked as claimed, I wouldn't have had to go to where my car was parked in order to pay.
