Are zero stars possible? You can not submit claims, the second feature they list out in the description. The company is definitely not on top of their technology, and it has me concerned about exactly the type of company that has access to my HSA account and money. The app also hasn't bee touched by the developer in over 1 year (last update January 4, 2013) as of this review, regardless of many specific, detailed concerns in these reviews. Definitely not a company that is concerned about mobile customers.
Don't Bother With This App You can't upload documentation which is the most important part of this app. They do absolutely nothing to help you either. Don't bother just call your company directly and scream at them to make giving documentation easier. It will be more productive than using this terrible app. I'm going to see what I can do legally to have this app removed from all play stores until they actually give a reputable app. Nothing is secure using it. Don't put your personal info from your documentation in your pics either.
Good features but poor, clunky interface Has some good features like Make a Payment that are easier to use than the website. You can see summary and detail account info. The user interface is very poor though. Looks like an app built in 2006 rather than 2016. Consider modernizing the interface please to make it more intuitive and easier to navigate!
Terrible. Not reliable After waiting over a week after submitting 2 claims from this app, which did upload the pictures of receipts... At least it told me it did, there was no progress on my claims. After three phone calls I was finally informed the pictures didn't upload and I would have to resubmit a new claim by fax. Which is what I should have done in the first place. Now we will see how long that takes them. This app is unreliable.
Could not submit a claim without major trial and error Nexus 7 - when I try to file a dependent care claim, this app keeps throwing an error when I hit the Review button. The message says to review my claim for an error and that claims for each dependent should be filed separately. After playing around, I figured out that the interface won't accept a dependent name with spaces. I entered the name with without spaces but capitalized first letters (example: "JohnDoe") and it worked. I will see whether or not the claim gets accepted.
Balance inquiry app You can submit bills but the upload doesn't work and when you call about it they say you didn't use the app, you submitted online. When you argue that, they say go to your phone provider because it couldn't possibly be their fault. Worst app for the worst company ever!
