I used Payit without any issues until I lost my card. I blocked it immediately and applied for a replacement, but the app keeps showing an error. I reported the issue to customer service, but after two months, there has been no update. Every time I call, they ask the same questions, but the problem remains unresolved. Very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience.

One of the worst payment wallet applications I have ever used. For the past month, I have been trying to add money using my debit and credit cards, but every time I receive an error saying, "Something Error occurs." I sent an email to customer support last month and followed up as well, but I haven’t heard back. I also called the customer service team multiple time, but after being on hold for a long time, the call gets disconnected. I would never recommend this terrible application to anyone.

Severe lack of information and horribly slow customer service. As soon as you create the account, it accepts payments to your account. But nowhere does it mention that you'll need to verify your account to cashout. Also, they don't mention the restrictions on the transfers. Unnecessarily I got my money stuck here and no one responds here. Please be careful and do your full research before using.
