Asking to update to new version repeatedly and did it many a time. There no newer version in play store. Not at all working for the last one week. Bank or app developer doesn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email complaint. Today it showed an update. Even after updating the app it is not working and still it is asking to update again. Fed up of it. No reply to the mail sent to bank authorities or app developer.
If any problem pls contact nearest branch.... And if you are getting problem in next screen. Just like msg DISPLAY PLEASE WAIT WHILE GETTING INFORMATION... You just have to go to Settings >Apps>synd mobile app>storage >clear cache Than run.. It will run...
While login it ask for update. But no update is available. Unable to use this app. With these type of product, how the bank expect the customers to continue business with them. Syndicate bank should understand keeping board alone will not bring business.
This App is not working for Asus phones, after selecting the favorite beneficiary it should go to next page once we click the pay button but app is thoroughing an warning that pls select an item to pay. Even checked in updated version its not working...
