Ratings and reviews

If you could give the option to pay off credit over a longer period of time, I wouldn't be looking for other options because you have the lowest interest rate. Unfortunately, you only allow one month to pay. I've been trying to get a loan and a Landers credit card for the past two years, but they keep rejecting my applications. My Atome started at P6,000 and has since grown to more than P100,000. My other credit card limit is P175,000. I'm not sure why this app keeps rejecting my application.

Edit: I have already done the things that you have send. I cleared my data and cache. I even uninstall and reinstall, and my OS is up-to-date. Still lagging when it comes to savings tab. I can't even withdraw or deposit on my savings account. Please fix this issue immediately. This has been happening since the last update. I've been having some issues accessing the saving account since the recent app update. It just keeps on hanging for so many days now. Please check on this issue immediately.

It is definitely one of the best, but honestly I wish it wasn't such a hassle to use, every transaction needs OTP, I know it's for safety measures but living in an area with weak signal is difficult, I need to move around just to get a good signal, I do hope it's optional and can be minimised the OTP needed like maybe once a week? Or maybe we could use viber app or even gmail to receive OTP.
