took me a little while to figure out how to fully use it but I think it has great features and the fact that they have a crypto option, as well as the ability to order a physical card is great. I dislike how I'm unable to load smaller amounts than 1000 from my debit card at a time though, because usually, I don't have that much at once. Other than that, great app, lovely design.

I've had this bug with their QR where it says Payment Successful, but merchant did not actually receive the payment. I contacted them multiple times as the incident actually happened twice, it's been more than half a year, I only received one proper email stating that the previous transaction was a success. I wouldn't bother contacting them for that long if it was a success. I sent this dispute form and up until now, I haven't received any updates from them.

A far superior digital wallet compared to its competition. The app is clean and minimalist with no bloat in sight. It has more features compared to other apps and very intuitive. Best of all, it is far more optimized with no errors when logging in or while inside the app. My only nitpick would be the lack of option to log in with just a PIN or biometrics which I'd rather wait for this feature to be implemented than use another app.
