I am giving up using Maya. Their app keeps opening then closing. And there is no alternative yo accessing my account and paying bills with this app. When I am able to get this app working. I am pulling out my savings from here. Gcash is so much better. Less app issues. Not sure why they cant keep this App stable long enough to be usable. Everyong else seems to be able to get their app working. *sigh*

If you could give the option to pay off credit over a longer period of time, I wouldn't be looking for other options because you have the lowest interest rate. Unfortunately, you only allow one month to pay. I've been trying to get a loan and a Landers credit card for the past two years, but they keep rejecting my applications. My Atome started at P6,000 and has since grown to more than P100,000. My other credit card limit is P175,000. I'm not sure why this app keeps rejecting my application.

update: It's been 3 weeks already and I still can't reliably login to the app. FIX YOUR APP! I can't pay my credit card bill because of this ridiculous bug! I've been able to login a couple of times after my complaint, but in times where I need the app the most, I CAN'T LOG IN. Still says "We're unable to log you in. Our app ran into an error. Please try again in a while." I've even tried logging into another device with no success. very disappointing.
