Since the update i cant access the app!!!! Ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still no good. Sort it please as its the only reason i switched to utilita so i could top up like this. Dont update an app if you dont know how!!!
Every time it updates i can never get back on it. As i forget my details. And now its updates its sayin it wont respond. How am i ment to top-up my meters.
It keeps telling me that Utilita has stopped working. I've uninsulated and reinstalled it and it worked at first but has now stopped working again.
Only useful for topping up. In this day and age one would expect that all (or most) of the functionality of the in home display was added to the mobile app so that anyone could check the info away from home for instance (e.g. whilst on holidays) and perform top ups remotely or simply to avoid having the home display plugged taking up a socket. A good idea -if this is implemented at all- would also be to permit automatic top-ups once the credit is below a pre-set value by the user. If the above materialises, you can count with a 5 star rating, until then sorry but this is what you get.
It's great that you can top up with it and It has given me no problems. But would be even better if I could see how much credit I have left on my meters
Why isn't there a way to check your balance I'm a new customer and this is bad my electric cut out after two days!!!! I had to run to the shop that had WiFi to top up then I had to gain access to the outdoor cupboard to press the a and b button again this is ridiculous!!!!
