i would NOT recommend these people to anyone.. I am a disabled lady and these have left me with no gas or electric.. they can NOT do anything right.. please do not switch to these idiots, they lucky they have 1 star.. they wouldn't get that if there was a choice..
CBT top up a fiver online. Would be really helpful if this feature was brought in like ALL other electricity suppliers I have used in the past. Utilita, OVO, British gas, eon and even the horrible Scottish power. Been with these two months I'm going back to OVO should never have left them
Useless App is really useless keeps asking me for the last 9 digits on my cards when my electric is a key with no numbers obviously and my gas card is absolutely plain no number of any kind and no other ways to login and as for there website it's only for customers wishing to change costs them nothing for existing customers
Can't see balance of my accounts Isn't the whole point of these smart meters and apps to make things easier? I am struggling to find out how much credit I have I have topped up online but on my app it says no payments made on account... pretty much useless wish I'd stuck with ovo
Could be much better I was told economy energys app was better than Ovo energys, this was before they even had an app, the sales person lied. Now they have an app I can say it's definitely not better than Ovo. It's simply a way to buy credit for your account, no stats of usage or notification of low credit. So nothing useful for customers.
