Easy enough to use had one for my last supplier. Needed to phone they are not taking calls. Topped up both gas and electric. Gas not showing. God knows when i get a hold of some one. Should have stayed where ii was. They telephone system is terrible the say calls answered in under 3 mins was on hold for over an hour the other day.
i would NOT recommend these people to anyone.. I am a disabled lady and these have left me with no gas or electric.. they can NOT do anything right.. please do not switch to these idiots, they lucky they have 1 star.. they wouldn't get that if there was a choice..
Pointless if you pay monthly as it only let's you top up. As a DD customer i can't access any of my account features. The website says an update is on the way but it's said that for 2 months! come on ee ur falling behind ur competitors on this.
The only thing this app does is let you top up and considering I never actually received any top up cards that's the only thing it's good for. This app needs to be able to tell you your balance.
It won't let me top up. Keeps telling me there's been a problem and there's nowhere to view how much credit I already have on my account. Disappointed.
Good set out and looks easy to use. But I can't make payments to top up with it. Tried adding my card details and keeps saying it can't validate the card.
Minor bug fixes.
