Easy enough to use had one for my last supplier. Needed to phone they are not taking calls. Topped up both gas and electric. Gas not showing. God knows when i get a hold of some one. Should have stayed where ii was. They telephone system is terrible the say calls answered in under 3 mins was on hold for over an hour the other day.
I have never managed to get this app to work. I would like to submit meter (non-smart) readings each month with it, but can't. I am on Direct Debit. Previous supplier First Utility had an excellent app.
CBT top up a fiver online. Would be really helpful if this feature was brought in like ALL other electricity suppliers I have used in the past. Utilita, OVO, British gas, eon and even the horrible Scottish power. Been with these two months I'm going back to OVO should never have left them
Hate it can't wait to switch back Unhelpful staff complicated top up system can't check balance online sort of defeats object of fast and easy come back ovo all is forgiven
i would NOT recommend these people to anyone.. I am a disabled lady and these have left me with no gas or electric.. they can NOT do anything right.. please do not switch to these idiots, they lucky they have 1 star.. they wouldn't get that if there was a choice..
Useless App is really useless keeps asking me for the last 9 digits on my cards when my electric is a key with no numbers obviously and my gas card is absolutely plain no number of any kind and no other ways to login and as for there website it's only for customers wishing to change costs them nothing for existing customers
