Pay Pools is a business partner app to run your team, attendance, payroll, and accounts from your phone.

LOGIN AND ACCOUNT
• Sign in as Partner, Admin, or Staff with mobile OTP or email and password
• Register as a partner or partner admin
• Choose your business type
• Update profile photo, business details, address, GSTIN, and social links
• Request or delete your partner account

STAFF
• Add, update, and remove staff
• Assign designations
• Record staff attendance by date, including present/absent
• Staff can mark attendance by scanning the partner QR code

SALARY AND PAYMENTS
• Generate monthly staff salary
• View generated salary
• Record give/accept staff payments
• Update working hours and salary
• Save staff bank details

ACCOUNTS AND EXPENSES
• View account balance
• View income history and account history
• Create expense types and turn them on or off
• Add expenses, pay expenses, and filter by date

BUSINESS HOURS
• View and update partner timings
