I have had it multiple times and I had no problems with the app. Earlier iPhone 6s, now Xiaomi Mi 11. Settings, pic, old passes, all saved and remembered.

I can't add a profile picture to make my pass valid. This doesn't work neither from the gallery nor from the camera, the app reports that access is denied.

This app is a wonderful idea however implementation still needs to be improved for example: registration should be allowed without buying a pass or ticket.
