100% worthless. The bot walked me thru the additional documents needed. But even after that, the transaction was refused. When I asked what else I needed, each time I was told everything was good. But declined 2 more times. I responded to the emails but got no response other than "we haven't heard from you so we're canceling your transaction. 0 out of 10. Worthless.

Reply to developer. It wasn't about the 3 business days it was abou 30% never reaching anywhere...to be refunded after a week. If you asked for why, they would forward it to another office and it would take 10 days or so before you got the money back. Update 30 October. The reliability of transfers to the countries I'm usually send to has considerably improved haven't had pending payments for at least a month. It's fast and reliable again.

I don't recommend this app at all, they don't help, they are just emailing you and not giving you a solution, better another app, they don't give the money back to my partner because there was a problem when I sent the money to venezuela and the people there are saying paysend didn't pay the money to italcambio and because of that they are not paying to my brother in law, it's taking more than 3 weeks and they are not helping, they don't want to give me the receive they paid to italcambio.
