I am changing my rating of the app to one star. I have been using the app for a few years and it worked great until this week. No changes on my end or with the recipients, however the app is not working properly and I can't send any money. The ticket was opened a few days ago, and it's still not resolved. I am updating the rating again to 3 star. The issue with ability to send money was resolved today. However I won't be able to use your app for future money transfer....

Terrible app for sending money, and if the recipient doesn't receive it, get ready for THEM to have to go through PRINTING a bank statement and sending it to you before anyone at Paysend tries anything. The recipient doesn't have a printer or is able to get access to one? Not Paysend's problem. Edited for response: I've already sent you all an email and am still waiting to hear back after being told by two associates that it was sent up for review.

I have $5 of bonus balance. After trying to withdraw it, the app says I need $5 minimum to withdraw my bonus to my bank account. Nonsense. Can't apply this bonus balance when I try to send money. Says I need $25 more on the balance. No idea how to top up that balance. It's misleading, pointless and useless. Oh and transferring money doesn't always work - it can give you unexpected error without any explanation.
