I recently attempted to use the mobile banking app from [Bank Name], but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The registration process, which should be straightforward and user-friendly, turned out to be a significant hurdle. Customer service is not fully trained, a delima. However, the real issue began when the app repeatedly failed to recognize the account number I entered, despite it being accurate. Error messages were vague.

Highly regret the inconvenience caused. Please insert complete 14 Digit account number (Inc branch code) or 24 Digit IBAN to complete the registration process. We are continuously working on bringing improvement in "NBP Digital" app's functionality aiming towards making user experience better. Keep using our app to experience the change.

I am reaching out because your application has not been working for the past four days. When I tap the app icon to open it, the login menu completely fails to appear. I am stuck on a blank or loading screen and cannot access my account. I have already tried deleting and reinstalling the application, but the issue persists. My mobile set is Samsung a32

I attempted to open a digital account and spent significant time entering all my details. At the final submission stage (98% completion), the app prompted me to re-verify my info. Upon clicking 'Submit,' I was hit with error EE-AP100: Something went wrong. It is incredibly frustrating to lose all progress at the very end of a long form. NBP needs to ensure that registration sessions don't time out during the 'review' phase or provide a way to save progress.
