Great service all the time at my usual location & great frozen custard as well! I'm only giving the 3 stars because of how terrible the app acts. Whenever I open the app & use it, browse through, it is constantly lagging no matter how great my end of the connection is working. It gets overwhelming w/ how much it lags, I would love to be able to browse through the app quickly within a click, but it's impossible to do so. Please fix these problems & update the app for better, faster, & easier use.

This app is so slow, throws lots of errors, and takes a lot of resources. Often times I can't get it to load before getting to the window, it complains about ssl errors and just shows the splash screen. This is not a reflection of their custard, which is amazing and the reason I'll keep going back!

Your frozen Custard is absolutely amazing but this app is SO HORRIBLE! I mean, it looks like it's straight out of 2011. The interface is confusing at best and dysfunctional at worst. PLEASE hire someone to give this app a fresh coat of material design. I would LOVE to rate 5 stars when your app becomes usable. Edit: it's laughable to see that this app was added to the play store in 2014. That means it was horribly outdated looking even when it was made! will reinstall when issues are fixed.
