Initially, App is not user friendly when trying to customize food until you understand the selecting functions on how its used. Only convenience is placing an order in advance before pickup. Point redeeming options for food is limited; Corporate selected items to choose from, example can only get sausage burrito but not bacon. Its a learning curve with staff everytime when trying to redeem points as if they are not trained or efficiently trained.

Gist experience and my last experience. It only takes once to tip me off and lose me as a customer. WARNING: This app is not what it appears to be. Call Blake's and order a delivery..They will tell you that you have to go through their app for delivery. I did that..I ordered $40.20 worth of food and expected delivery, but guess what? There is no option in the app for delivery! pick up only! The employee and her supervisor didn't know how to cancel the order. I hope they enjoyed the food. š”

app is trash amazingly unclear what comes with order and additional. wanted a double lota burger ended up with a triple. frustrating as hell. Also used wallet to pay for order would not load card. had to go to coupon then paste card there copy number then go back and post it in card field. thank God I knew my cvc or I would not have been able to order my food. only giving a 2 because burger is good. if not it would be a 1.
