I like Checkers, especially since they lowered prices. Their app needs work. I got an offer on my app where I can save $3 if I get to a certain level in a game. I was supposed to get to level 11. I downloaded, played, and got to level 16 within 30 minutes on Friday, May 2, 2025. I still haven't received my $3 off. I can't send messages on the app or website because it keeps asking for the address that I provide, but for some reason, Checkers doesn't acknowledge it, so I can't send messages.

Love Checkers and their food. Never had any issues with their food. My only concern is I think they never gave me back my debit card. Cuz s few days later when I went to go use it, I couldn't find it. This was the last place I used my debit card at and bank even verified with it being the last transaction. Went up to ask and they stayed they don't have it. Cards don't grow wings and fly away ... Otherwise, I love their food!!!

Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.
