Ratings and reviews

Says location services not activated when they actually are; if there's an issue with the order, you don't know what it is that prevents you from completing the order. If there's been a change that you need to approve (e.g. deliver charge update), there nothing to indicate that you approve and to complete your order. Has on occasion not confirmed that an order has gone thru and unable to track delivery. Food is good when you can have it delivered, but these problems discourage me from ordering.

I can't recall any app that has given me as much frustration as this one. Mobile pay was a complete failure, from not being able to read my credit card with its own scan feature and requiring me to manually enter it, to then having everything I just entered disappear...3 times in a row. This on top of past frustrations I've had trying to enter and save gift cards as payment methods. The negative app experience is a strong deterrent to patronizing the restaurant.

Lots of perks and rewards...like a free pizza after 2 visits! Yes! Also, you cam pay straight through the app. The HUUUUUUUUUUUUGE problem with this app is you must depend on a staff member to enter your points...there is no scan! No QR code to take you straight to your bill to pay. With a QR code, you don't have to keep re-entering the card. In addition to this, the points are not instant, even when you pay on the app. Also, to use a reward, YOU can't do it. A staff member must do it. SMH.
