You guys HAVE TO make the app more useful by SEAMLESSLY automating and INTEGRATING reservations, payments, and points collection. Right now the ONLY thing it does is sends you to a website for reservations. I booked my reservations "through the app" (not really because it sends me away to a browser. the reservation isn't tracked by the app or recorded). So, I eat. I pay... oh not with the app. I scan the QR code to see if this meal gets me points. NOPE. What good is this?

Signed up for the ESR rewards program and had $15 credited to my account as promised. I can see this reward credit in my account in the app. Tried to use this reward credit to order something through the app and all I get is "You have no rewards." Now ESR has my personal info for marketing purposes and I feel like I've been scammed with some kind of bait & switch deal.

Can't enter credit card. Keeps asking for country. USA, us, united states doesn't work. Says invalid. Slow app.
