To order online, the app just takes you to the website through the app which makes the website interface unbearably slow and laggy. Additionally it makes you log into the website to order even if you are already signed into the app. I had to create another account to sign into the website which is independent of the grotto app. Additionally in my rewards it says I have $3 off a large pizza but when I try to check out (through the website through the grotto app) it isn't there. Uninstalled....

App is dreadful, one of the worst restaurant apps I've ever used

Installed but never finished creating a login. They ask way too many questions.
