Respectfully, Grotto's is not giving loyal customers a good reason to use the app on a regular basis, or even leave it downloaded on the phone. If you're NOT a Swirl Club Member, and you DON'T have a Gift Card to use, then go ahead use the app to place a carry out order. And this is frustrating, if you've banked a reward, how do you redeem it? Dine-in only, I guess. Also, West Bethany doesn't have proper QR code so you can't add the visit afterwards. Long time customer until this "upgrade".
