Ratings and reviews

App is so buggy it is unusable. Update: On 2/1/22 Peet's promised fixes in "the coming days". It's now 183 days. What's the holdup? On two different fully updated phones, the app refuses to place an order, complaining about an http error. And neither phone can add any valid credit card, vaguely complaining that it cant add the card now. Please rewrite this app from scratch, as you've had over six months to fix this version, but it's still as buggy as ever.

This app DOES NOT FUNCTION! I can't order anything online or at the register! It doesn't let me scan the barcode. It's been about a year that I haven't received any points for my purchases, like the Starbucks app. It doesn't let me add any payment methods (I tried adding credit and debit cards!) It also didn't let me update my contact info! Starbucks has overcome Peet's for a reason. They have a better working app and are generous with their rewards system & give out free beverages! UNINSTALLING

Some of the items in the store are not in the app. Couldn't order off of app alone. Don't like the minimum amount to transfer to balance. Customer feedback wasn't the quickest in responding but ok. It'd so be nice to be able to add whip on things on the app. Not sure if you can. Also almond milk was not an option.There was oat and barista tried to help but it wasn't an option if I recall correctly.
