Terrible experience. Made account through app and got email confirmation of the account. Didn't keep me signed in while I placed the order, then it didn't recognize the account when I tried to sign in. Had to make a new account with the same credentials. Not honest about prices of add-ons. Final price higher (pre-tax) than indicated throughout ordering process. The "Use My Location" feature to find a restaurant doesn't work.

Garbage app. Literally don't bother, just use your phone to order directly from their website. Scrolling lags unbelievably and actually "rebounds" forcing you to keep 2 fingers on the screen at all times. Freezes if you try to scroll too "fast". Can't check prices without having to go all the way back to the beginning and start your order again.

Your app is practically unusable. It's slow as molasses, and practically impossible to navigate. If you hit the wrong thing welp there goes your oder start all over again. Make sure to wait 7-10 business days for the app to respond to the buttons you click. God forbid you need to edit something can't do that have to delete and start over. Last update August 2022. Would it kill your team to look at fixing the major flaws. I gave up and did it online, wasn't about to try again. For the 6th time.
