This app is way too much effort to use. Most employees don't know how to enter your number. I noticed new scanners, waited a couple of weeks, asked about them, but they weren't hooked up yet. Deleted account and the app.

easy and fast to use. very user friendly

The app absolutely refuses to load. I have tried multiple times, closed and reopened the app, and even restarted my phone twice. I can't in good conscience give this anything higher than a two until the app at least works consistently.
