Spot tv is very 'spotty' as in freezes up every 15 seconds. Currently, it doesn't even let me click to view a class as a pop up is there and I cannot click on the bottom of it to clear it from my screen. Very sad that covid already makes it difficult to watch your child up close & now the app doesn't let you watch from a distance. The app has went from so-so to horrible.

When my son switched to a different day for his classes, I have never been able to view his class. I reached out several times. I even received an email stating I can view thw class. I can't. I was told to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I did. Now it won't let me log in at all. Not with the new or the old username/password combo. This app sucks. Very frustrating when your child wants you to watch them perform and you have the capability to but it doesn't work
