Love this app! Melissa is wonderful! She explains things very thoroughly regarding the eating program (free or purchased), perimenopause/menopause symptoms, along with all the changes to women's bodies that go along with it and demonstrates all of the exercises. She also explains modifications to the exercises for anyone who may have shoulder, back, knee or hip issues. Definitely worth downloading.

This app either froze or was extremely delayed when moving to the next exercise EVERY single day. Also, it would override my music when I tried using them at the same time. The workouts, meal plans, and community features are great, but the app needs some fine tuning.

The program itself is fantastic while the app is a bit slow to load and glitchy when toggling between menus and loading video content. Also, the chat feature in the Conmunuty pages are static and slow and may benefit from enhancements that allow for more dynamic interactions. I want to be clear here that my feedback is related only to the mobile app. That is to say that like many of the other ladies who posted ratings here, I found the program to be good but the app leaves much to be desired
