complete and utter downgrade, app is essentially unusable for me at this point as I can no longer view my transactions in any way, shape, or form so as to check on my book keeping. Along with the switch it also completely erased all the saved routing numbers for my member to member transfers and has made that process much more complicated and confusing. very disappointed in the quality.

Most unnecessary cluttered banking app I've ever seen. I'm worried they're going to mess with the routing and checking numbers again so I don't want to link anything with it. I just read the other reviews and not being able to freeze cards might be the final straw to make me close my account. I've had to make a new password EVERY time I try to log in, I'm going to start updating this every time: 6 times.

Buggy mess. When scrolling on my s24 ultra, the app lets you scroll past the actual page instead of just scrolling through like normal. There is no option to freeze cards through the new app, and the option to freeze through the app is being implemented a year and a half too late. The interface is also extremely cluttered and doesn't feel intuitive or well organized.
