I am modifying my review based on my experience. I had a Peak representative call me as soon as they saw the previous review. This individual was very courteous and professional. She took care of my concern and placed herself in my position to fully understand the situation in order to take care of my problem. My problem was simple. My debit card had expired, and the payment declined, causing a late fee. Unfortunately, I was abroad and couldn't resolve the issue until I returned to the States.

App will not give me the initial screen with my key tag. I have deleted it and re installed it and nothing works. I am editing my review based on the quick response by app support. I received an email and phone call to resolve the issue. The email informed me that I was supposed to make a payment after updating my card. All previous payments have been automatic.
