Great way to manage a structured training plan. There is a lot of information, but as you learn what everything means you can keep yourself training at the proper intensities and durations to hopefully avoid illness and/or injury.
I've been using this app for a number of years. By using the smart phone app, it is easy to update data in real time rather than needing to remember the information and record it a later time. Workout data seemlessly updates from data collection devices ( Wahoo, Garmin, Zwift, Lezyne, etc...)
Essential for viewing training plan and results of workouts. By far my most used app.
