Some providers don't know how to use virtual equipment, the app changed my location which caused the wrong providers to populate, they switched providers without notice, and they are always late or don't show up. They've wasted at least 2 hours of my time today, and we still never got to see a doctor!! I would rate this service ZERO stars, if that was an option.

Awful. The fact that this app failed to get me through a medical practitioner so many times over the course of hours of wait, at a time when we needed it the most is enraging. A peditrician had the nerve to decline my call after 30 mins waiting because something in the form wasn't right. Another nurse left for the day after we waited for 40 mins and the app did not redirect me to someone available...just bumped me out. Another session closed after 30mins due to technical issues.

The doctors have always been really nice and it's definitely more convenient than going to the doctor at 2am, however the app design is a problem. It is 100% unrealistic to expect parents of young children to be able to babysit their phone for over an hour. Also, annoying that I can't use my phone for anything else. Even putting the app in "pop-up" makes it glitch out. Make it to run in the background or do pic-in-pic or something please! It's too sensitive to disconnection.
