About this app

The PEERS® app helps you with making and keeping friends. It provides you with information, video examples and assignments to stimulate your social cognition, skills, and experiences. Textual information is given to educate you about social situations. Video role-play examples are provided to illustrate a) behaviors that are less helpful to make and keep friends, and b) behaviors that are more helpful to make and keep friends. The assignments will help you practice and apply the learned social skills to your daily life.

This a great companion to the book The Science of Making Friends. However, the "bad roleplay" videos aren't playing for the most part. I've only finished Topics 1-3, but I've had the same issue for each one. Hopefully we can get a fix soon?

Alright look I know y'all try to teach us stuff in a quiz but having questions like " if you try to join ten different conversations, about how many will be rejected?" That is entirely dependant on how many people actually like me and how popular I am. It has nothing to do with statistics AT ALL. You can't just say it's incorrect when you don't even know me. This makes no sense. Also why are all of the quizzes two questions long it gets really tedious after a bit and I don't like it not one bit.

The first step is way too advanced. What if one doesn't meet those prerequisites? How do you determine if someone wants to talk to you in the first place? How do you determine which subjects they want to talk about? How can I find common interests if I don't have interests? Can it start at a more basic level?
