Ratings and reviews

Trash company, trash app, trash service — gold assets are highly vulnerable to hacking and embezzlement. tring is shity unlike at Antam galleries. the app has no antam physical withdraw but there is option for it with installment? stupid decision. if you can’t even book and just have to wait for it to be available — what’s the difference from buying at a regular gold store? Idiotic. All the staff are slow, rude, and impolite. 4 star rates by buzzer, idiotic

The app is actually good, but there are still frequent issues. Please fix the app, I have updated to the latest version 8.4.0. On my regular Samsung S25, when I open the Tring app and want to exit or switch apps, the home button and back button often don't work, so I have to restart my device to use my device again.

If you plan to buy gold here, keep it under 50 grams. The daily limit has been dropped to 50 grams (5g per transaction), down from the previous 100 grams (25g per transaction). To sell more than 50g of gold, you have to go to Pegadaian physically, which isn't convenient at all. The app is also full of bugs. For example, sometimes the bank account option doesn't appear when selling gold, so you have to restart the app. Also, their Terms and Conditions haven't been updated.
