Ratings and reviews

If you plan to buy gold here, keep it under 50 grams. The daily limit has been dropped to 50 grams (5g per transaction), down from the previous 100 grams (25g per transaction). To sell more than 50g of gold, you have to go to Pegadaian physically, which isn't convenient at all. The app is also full of bugs. For example, sometimes the bank account option doesn't appear when selling gold, so you have to restart the app. Also, their Terms and Conditions haven't been updated.

First time trying this app and it's already constantly failing. I can't make any transaction, nor delete my account. I've seen many complaints, yet i decided to still trust them, believing that they fixed any bugs/issues along the way. But guess they're not, huh. The Live Agent also can't do anything and unilaterally cut off communication. Worst app to invest.

Very bad App! Every month I had transferred to top-up my investment! Already 3 months, I could not even log into my account thence could not top up. Why need to change to new version? Old version is easy. simple and fast transactions! If nothing been done, bet you will lost customers' trust and even can say "Goodbye" to your clients! This is like MISLED customers on your Investment and scare them away!😡
