I had a problem with valo trying to get my money off of there and the lady claimed that she wasn't able to help me even though issue would have called the person would have been able to help her

App is minimal at best, which is fine. 2 factor authentication never works. cannot swap to email app and return, always resets/errors out. Texts dont arrive till later or not at all. im all updated. Have to use a second device to get 2 factor done. Fix ur stuff.

Worse place to open an account. Will randomly hold checks even when you have talked to management and have everything sorted out so you are able to. Basically have to just hope you don't get an employee that likes to waste your time so you can cash your paycheck without waiting 5 days. Can go on about how much I hate this place, but I'm sure most people have realized it's basically a useless place to open an account. Never again will I waste my time with them. Always a headache. 🖕
