Ratings and reviews

Kudos to Pentair for reaching out to help, which did mitigate most of the problem, but there is still a flaw with the design of the pump/app. The WiFi receiver is so weak that we needed to purchase an extension antenna to get a signal from the app. My pump is 30ft from my router and that's too far for it to function, which is absurd for an outdoor product to need to be even closer through plywood/drywall only. Make the app wait for an ack from the pump when a request is sent, not just time out.

20230818 tks for Pentair's quick reply. The new app does have multi dashboards. I can see the devices now. -----old------- After some back and forth with the support and together with their latest app update. I finally got the system up and able to view and controll various equipment connected intelliConnect. It would have been a whole lot easier if they let user know their app has problem so we simply wait instead of lining up for the long and frustrated wait for the phone tech support.

Initial use of this to control my pool pump was very frustrating, it rarely worked. Eventually I reached out to technical support and they were able to completely resolve my issue and now the app and the pool pump works flawlessly all the time. Couldn't be happier with the functionality of the product now. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because of how long I had to deal with the issues previously, and some of the UX could use improvement.
