Light turns on at scheduled time but it won't turn off at specified time. I have set everyday schedule to turn at 7pm and off at 11pm. The app fails to turn it off at 11:30pm. So I have to manually turn it off. The app did once turn the light off at random time before 11:30pm. I have no other schedules set, just the everyday schedule. Just bought color sync module for this feature but very disappointing. Please provide a fix.

Hi Thiefy - I have a solution. Your weekend schedule is enabled, but it's set from 8pm to 8am the next day. To correct this, either adjust your weekend schedule to 7:00pm to 11:30pm or turn off the weekend schedule so that your weekday schedule runs from Monday-Sunday. We understand how this is confusing and so we're updating the interface soon.

After some back and forth with the support and together with their latest app update. I finally got the system up and able to view and controll various equipment connected intelliConnect. It would have been a whole lot easier if they let user know their app has problem so we simply wait instead of lining up for the long and frustrated wait for the phone tech support.

This app is worthless. It constantly loses connection. My variable speed pump which is just over a year old isn't even listed as an option, so I have been instructed to select a single speed pump, and change the default voltage. The problem is every time my connection is lost, the settings for the pump just change back to the default and I lose the functionality of my ichlor salt cell chlorine generator. I receive no notification that my system isn't working correctly. Customer support is poor.
