Lost scheduling capability. The app used to have scheduling capability, but has been lost. I contacted support, but got a vague response that they were updating BOTs. I figured after a month it would be fixed, but it wasn't. I have purchased new Honeywell thermostats to replace these. This has been a frustrating experience with constant little issues. The final issue is scheduling, no use to me if I can't create schedules.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me (and yes I followed the directions and My wifi signal was great). The load up was long for the cellphone/camera. Also the webpage were you sign in and view the recordings never loaded all the way. the infamous loading circle just kept swirling. I tried Alfred next which was my second choice and everything is going smoothly.

Love it! I have use this to watch the puppies and is the best for me. I also had it for the house too, I had it against the window with the camera pointing to the backyard and it records. Other people had issues with the internet, but I got the wifi expander and has not crashed since. I recommend this to friends and family. Not everything is perfect, but this app makes a difference for what I need at the moment.
