Ratings and reviews

The previous app allowed me to fill in a brief description of what the check, debit or deposit was for. This app eliminated that!!! The old app was more like a "check register" and one of the primary reasons for staying with Orrstown. No other bank has/had that feature. Now that has been eliminated, I'll probably switch banks to one closer to where I live. Orrstown has moved away from "rural areas" to more heavily populated area for more business, (I guess). Bigger is NOT always better!

This app version is terrible!! I haven't been able to login to my account for 6 days! The old app i used a pin code. Now the new one wants a login ID, but I don't know mine since I always used the 4 digit pin. I have sent multiple messages to customer service to try and help me and also spent 20 mins on hold trying to talk to customer service! I'm not happy and makes me want to switch banks!

Poor excuse for a replacement app when the previous app worked just fine. Unable to do mobile deposits. It's not just me. Some logins can't see all their accounts and other logins see more than they should. This is unacceptable and to be frank quote scary for the security of our funds. Right now I feel like we should run, don't walk away from OB. It's a sad time for what used to be known as the hometown bank
